📞 15-Minute Screening Call

Before scheduling your first full appointment, we offer a complimentary 15-minute screening call to make sure our holistic approach is the right fit for your needs. This is a brief call to gather basic information and determine whether your concerns fall within our scope of care.

 

Please note: This is not a medical consultation and no treatment recommendations will be given during this call.

🌿 Initial Visit (60-90 Minutes)
- $395 (without Lab Review)
- $495 (with Lab Review)

Your first appointment is a comprehensive 60-minute visit conducted virtually or in-person. During this session, Dr. Lydia Au will take a deep dive into your health history, current skin concerns, lifestyle factors, and any lab work or past treatments you’ve had.
This visit includes:
  • Full integrative dermatology intake
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) evaluation
  • Personalized treatment plan (may include oral supplement and/or herbal medicine protocol, skincare and topical treatment recommendations, acupuncture, or adjunctive therapies) – cost of supplements and topicals are not included
  • Recommendations for lab testing
  • Can be done in person at our office or virtually through our secure online platform

 

Most patients will be required to complete the following for a thorough analysis:

  • Gut Microbiome Testing: $320 for Stool Test and $280 for Urine Test (Organic Acids Test) = $600 Total, billed separately
Our goal is to uncover the underlying imbalances affecting your skin and build a customized plan that supports healing from within.

🔄 Follow-Up Visits – $150+ (30 minutes or more)

Follow-up appointments are essential for checking progress, adjusting your treatment plan, and continuing your journey toward long-term skin health.
These 30-minute visits may include:
  • Progress review and symptom tracking
  • Interpretation of any lab results
  • Adjustments to supplement or herbal protocols
  • Guidance on diet, lifestyle, and stress management

🚫 Insurance & Licensing

We are a private-pay clinic and do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance if applicable.
Dr. Lydia Au is licensed to practice in the state of California. At this time, we can only accept patients who are located in California at the time of the consultation.

⏰ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect everyone’s time and schedule:
  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged the full cost of the visit
  • No-shows will also be charged the full appointment fee
